Dementia is one of the diseases whose impact on someone's life is often overlooked, affecting not only patients but also caregivers. Hence, Connect to Recall aims to create connections between caregivers and dementia patients while also supporting informal caregivers through fun, interactive tools that help them look after themselves.

Inside the packaging, you will find

- The conversation wheel provides several keywords for caregivers to use in creating conversations to engage with the patient, understand their behavior better, and form a connection.

- The mood tracker allows the caregiver to monitor their own emotions daily, helping them assess their mental health and check if they are ready to care for someone or if they need a rest.

- The basic info wheel provides essential information that caregivers should know to be well-prepared.

The wristband is inspired by a patient's nametag in the hospital. Since patients with memory loss symptoms are likely to get lost, wearing the wristband with their name and the caregiver's contact information allows the person who finds them to contact the caregiver directly.
